Poland has recorded about 60 attempts by migrants to illegally cross the border from Belarus since the beginning of the year. This was reported by the press service of the country’s Border Guard.
More than 10 attempts from the total number were registered on Monday. A group of migrants tried to cross the Istochanka River in the area of the border post in Michałowo.
Border guards from Narewka prevented migrants from climbing over the fence using a ladder.
