MART Sets Heat Energy Tariffs For Organizations

Belarus’s Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has set tariffs for heat energy supplied to organizations by Resolution No. 15 of 2 March. The document was published on the National Legal Internet Portal and applies to legal relations that arose from 1 February.

The tariff for religious organizations, healthcare institutions and family-type children’s homes will amount to 27.2323 rubles per gigacalorie until 31 May and 29.2224 rubles from 1 June.

For organizations operating housing stock and providing housing and utility services, developers’ organizations and homeowners’ associations, the tariff will be 26.15 rubles per gigacalorie until 31 May and 28.06 rubles from 1 June. Tariffs for this category of consumers under a “full cost recovery” scheme have also been established.

The tariff for creative workshops will amount to 147.48 rubles per gigacalorie starting from 1 March.

The resolution also sets tariffs for certain categories of heat energy consumers among legal entities and individual entrepreneurs for each regional energy association. They were calculated based on an exchange rate of 3.7465 Belarusian rubles per 100 Russian rubles.
