MART Sets Gas Transmission Tariff for Gazprom Transgaz Belarus

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade, by Resolution No. 1 of January 13, has set a minimum ceiling tariff for gas transit transportation services across the territory of Belarus via the main pipeline system of Gazprom Transgaz Belarus. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and enters into force upon publication.

The minimum ceiling tariff applies to all customers except Gazprom. It amounts to 5.2749 Belarusian rubles per 1,000 cubic meters per 100 kilometers, excluding value added tax.

Gazprom Transgaz Belarus will also be required, when applying tariffs established in compliance with this resolution, to inform the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of their level no later than 10 days from the date of concluding a contract with a customer for the services.
