Icy Conditions and Temperatures Down to Minus 23°C – Meteorologists Issue Orange Alert

On February 14, icy conditions are expected on roads across Belarus, and a sharp drop in temperatures is forecast for the night of February 15, Belhydromet reported. An orange level of danger has been declared.

At night, minimum air temperatures will fall to -12 to -17°C, dropping to -18 to -23°C in northern areas during clear spells, and to -7 to -11°C in southern regions.

Throughout February 15 (Sunday), icy conditions will persist on roads across the country.
