The administration of the High-Tech Park has published the Regulations governing crypto banks’ operations involving digital signs (tokens). The document was approved by the HTP Supervisory Board on April 15.

“Crypto banks are allowed to conduct 11 types of token-related operations, including attracting tokens into crypto deposits, token lending, staking, token collateral, crypto guarantees, custodial storage, token transfers between clients, the creation and placement of proprietary tokens, and others,” the HTP said.

Future crypto banks are permitted to conduct transactions with 26 tokens directly listed in the regulations, as well as with tokens created and issued by HTP crypto residents within the framework of ICOs.
