Government Sets Salaries For Ambassadors To Myanmar, Nicaragua, Oman And Slovakia

The Council of Ministers, by Resolution No. 107 of March 4, has set the official salaries for Belarusian ambassadors in four countries. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal and will enter into force after its publication.

The official salaries of the ambassadors will be:

• in Myanmar — 3,070 euros;
• in Nicaragua — 3,140 euros;
• in Oman — 2,920 euros;
• in Slovakia — 3,290 euros.

At the same time, Myanmar, Nicaragua, and Oman have been included in the list of countries with difficult climatic conditions. In such states, diplomats receive an additional allowance of 20 percent of their official salary.
