Belarus’s largest retailer, Eurotorg, will raise another 40 million Belarusian rubles through a bond issue.
The prospectus for the company’s 36th bond issue has been published on the Unified Portal of the Financial Market. A total of 40,000 bonds with a face value of 1,000 Belarusian rubles each will be issued. The bonds will mature on July 16, 2029.
The securities carry a floating coupon equal to the refinancing rate plus 1 percentage point. At present, this amounts to an annual yield of 10.25%.
Earlier this year, Eurotorg issued two bond offerings with a combined value of 70 million Belarusian rubles. Those bonds carry annual yields of 11% and 11.2%, respectively.
