Elderly German Woman Robs a Mercedes in Hrodna

A German citizen could not resist an unlocked car in Hrodna and has become a suspect in a criminal case.

A 67-year-old German national was passing through Hrodna. She decided to take a walk around the city and noticed an unlocked Mercedes. The woman opened the door and took foreign currency worth about 400 rubles in equivalent from a small handbag on the back seat, reports a Telegram channel close to law enforcement.

At that moment, the owner of the car approached — he had stepped away for a few minutes on business. The woman was detained. A criminal case for theft has been opened.
