A resident of Horki rammed into a barrier twice while driving a Voyah Free. According to the Mogilev Regional Police Department, a 29-year-old resident of the city lost control of the vehicle due to difficult weather conditions and crashed into a metal barrier.
He initially fled the scene, but after learning that without a certificate from the State Traffic Inspectorate the insurance company would compensate only part of the damage, he decided to return and stage a “new” traffic accident with the same barrier.
He then called a traffic police unit. As a result, three administrative violation reports were drawn up against the man. The most serious consequence was the deprivation of his driving rights for two years.
