A child fell from a second-floor window in Cherven this morning. The boy is 1 year and 7 months old. He is in intensive care, the Investigative Committee said.
According to preliminary information, the child’s father was asleep while the mother had gone to the toilet. Left alone, the boy climbed onto the windowsill, opened the window and fell.
After seeing their son on the ground, the parents called an ambulance. Doctors diagnosed the boy with extremely severe head injuries. He was taken to intensive care.
