Belkartagrafiya has published a specialized map dedicated to Belarus’s culinary traditions. The edition highlights the most characteristic dishes of national cuisine, reflects regional distinctions, and presents the cultural context of traditional cooking methods.
The map features not only recipe descriptions but also information about gastronomic festivals held in different regions of the country. The creators note that the goal of the project is to promote Belarusian cuisine and support domestic tourism. According to them, the map can serve as a practical guide both for local residents discovering lesser-known regional dishes and for tourists seeking to learn more about the country’s culture through gastronomy.
The edition is produced at a scale of 1:850,000, allowing users to conveniently plan trips and routes based on culinary points of interest.
The map can be purchased at Belkartagrafiya’s brand store on Masherava Street 17/2-1, in the enterprise’s online shop, and in Belarus’s bookstore network.
