Belarusian Defense Ministry to Summarize Territorial Defense Activities

The Ministry of Defense is holding a gathering of territorial defense command officials in Lida on 17–19 November.

“Training sessions for officers are planned on key issues related to the formation, preparation, and employment of territorial troops, taking into account the current situation,” the ministry’s press service said.

The event is being conducted under the supervision of the head of the Territorial Defense Directorate, who also serves as deputy chief of the General Staff. During the gathering, the results of territorial defense command activities for the 2024/25 training year will be reviewed.
