Belarus’ Transport Ministry said the Aviation Department is conducting round-the-clock monitoring of the air situation and maintaining constant contact with aviation authorities in the United Arab Emirates in connection with the closure of the airspace of several countries in the region.
The ministry also recalled that Belavia is currently operating evacuation flights from Dubai.
“Ensuring flight safety and supporting passengers are absolute priorities in the work of the Belavia airline and the Aviation Department,” the statement said.
