First Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Syarhei Lukashevich met with Chargé d’Affaires of Qatar in Belarus Hamoud Saleh Al-Saadi.
The sides discussed the situation in the Middle East and prospects for developing Belarus–Qatar cooperation.
“They expressed concern over the continuing deterioration of the situation in the Middle East region and noted the importance of an early cessation of hostilities”, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry reported.
