Agrokombinat “Dziarzhynski” Absorbs Slutsk Grain Products Plant

The joint-stock company Agrokombinat “Dziarzhynski” has completed the absorption of the joint-stock company Slutsk Grain Products Plant. The corresponding changes were entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs on 8 December.

An additional share issue of Agrokombinat “Dziarzhynski” is being carried out, to be distributed among the shareholders of the Slutsk plant. It is noteworthy that the agrokombinat already owned 71.26% of the company’s shares.

In January this year, Agrokombinat “Dziarzhynski” began the absorption of the Sudnikava enterprise in Valozhyn District, as well as the Vileika Feed Mill. Before that, “Dziarzhynski” had absorbed the 1st Minsk Poultry Farm and the Minsk Meat Processing Plant.

In January–September this year, the revenue of Agrokombinat “Dziarzhynski” increased by 9.5% to 691.8 million rubles. Net profit fell by 6% to 70.69 million rubles.

The agrokombinat manages 97.38 thousand hectares of land, including 81 thousand hectares of agricultural land, of which almost 63.5 thousand hectares are arable land. The Minsk Regional Executive Committee owns 96.6% of the enterprise’s shares.
