From May 4, 2026, the consular section of the Polish Embassy in Minsk will introduce a simplified procedure for booking visa application appointments for people aged 60 and over who have been invited to Poland by their children or grandchildren who are Polish citizens.

To book an appointment, applicants must send an email to the consular section at miń[email protected] requesting a date without prior registration. The subject line should read: zaproszenie UW 60+. The email must include a copy of the invitation registered with the voivodeship office, as well as full contact details, including a phone number.

Based on the request, applicants will be assigned a date and time for a visit to one of the visa application centres in Minsk, Homiel, Mahiliou or Vitsyebsk, depending on their place of residence.

Incomplete applications that do not contain the required documents and information will not be considered. If an applicant fails to appear at the appointed time, it will not be possible to reschedule under the simplified procedure.
