Poland’s Border Guard reported that between February 20 and 22, 30 attempts by migrants to breach the border with Belarus were recorded. Of these, 22 occurred on Saturday.
Last week, Polish and Lithuanian border guards reported the first such violations in the past 30 days.
With the onset of more favourable weather, migrants are once again beginning to make attempts to cross through Belarus into EU countries.
