Equipment produced by the Belarusian enterprise Planar was installed at the Russian plant Kremniy El, which was attacked last week by the Ukrainian Armed Forces using Storm Shadow missiles. The initiative of former security officers BELPOL says it has contracts confirming deliveries of the equipment between 2022 and 2025.
According to BELPOL, dozens of units were supplied to the Russian microelectronics plant, including crystal mounting systems, photomask defect inspection systems, laser correction units and other equipment.
The supplied installations are designed to work with silicon wafers measuring 100 and 150 mm. The technological node is 800 nm.
As a result of the strike on Kremniy El, the equipment supplied by the Belarusian manufacturer may have been destroyed.
