The National Bank of Belarus has issued bonds worth 700 million roubles. They have been included in the quotation list of the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.
According to a notice from the exchange, the securities were placed through a closed sale on 1 April. They are due to mature on 1 July. The nominal value of one security is 10,000 roubles. The bond yield is set at 3.9999% per annum.
On the day of placement, bonds worth 633.94 million roubles were sold.
It should be noted that this is one of the largest short-term bond placements by the National Bank in recent times.
