Alyaksandr Lukashenka has signed the law “On Leasing Activities.” The document provides for comprehensive regulation of leasing within a single legal act, taking into account the practice of applying the norms of the 2014 decree on leasing.
The law regulates issues related to leasing activities, including leasing involving residential premises, and sets requirements for the form and content of financial lease (leasing) agreements.
It also defines the powers of the National Bank in regulating leasing activities and monitoring compliance with legislation, as well as the main rights and obligations of lessors and lessees.
