The Council of Ministers, through Resolution No. 286 of June 8, authorised the conclusion of an investment agreement between the Republic of Belarus and Savushkin Product. The document was published today on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The agreement concerns the project “Reconstruction and Construction of Facilities Located at the Savushkin Product Production Branch in Baranavichy.” The project is being implemented between 2024 and 2027 with total investment of 181.35 million Belarusian rubles.
Under the agreement, Savushkin Product is granted protection against adverse changes in tax legislation through December 31, 2027.
The Brest Regional Executive Committee has been authorised to sign the agreement.
At the end of 2019, Savushkin Product purchased the state-owned stake in Baranavichy Dairy Plant. The Brest-based company paid nearly 48.3 million Belarusian rubles for a 50.6921% share in the enterprise’s charter capital. In the summer of 2020, Savushkin Product completed the merger with Baranavichy Dairy Plant.
