Vacation? Government Business Jet Flies Someone from Minsk to Turkey’s Bodrum

A government-operated Canadair CL-600-2B19 Challenger 850 business jet, registration EW-301PJ, departed Minsk at 20:18 on July 10 and landed in Bodrum, Turkey, at 03:50 Minsk time on July 11, making an intermediate stop in Baku, according to Flightradar24 data.

Bodrum is a resort city on the peninsula of the same name in southwestern Turkey, on the Aegean Sea. It is situated on a bay divided into two inlets by a cape.

Flights by the government aircraft from Minsk to Bodrum have become something of a tradition. Similar trips were recorded in August and September last year and in June 2023. The aircraft is known to be used not only by senior Belarusian officials on official business but also by members of the Lukashenka family for private trips.
