The new tobacco products manufacturer Eterna Prime LLC was founded by Russian citizen Nikolai Veselovsky. Information about the founders was obtained by Reform.news from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.

The company was entered into the register on March 12, 2025, and registered at 12A Lelevelya Street. The building is located in close proximity, literally across the road, from the Neman Tobacco Factory.

The sole founder of Eterna Prime LLC is Russian citizen Veselovsky Nikolai Vadimovich. He contributed 1,000 Belarusian rubles to the authorized capital.

The company’s main line of business is the manufacture of tobacco products.

The company holds two licenses:

November 26, 2025 — wholesale trade and storage of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products, non-food ethyl alcohol, and tobacco products (No. 36250000083102);

There is little information available online about Nikolai Veselovsky. His full namesake has been the general director of MUMT IP JSC in Moscow since the date of its registration on September 17, 2025, and is also a co-owner of SN Development LLC with a 76.44% stake. He also served as the liquidator of SNT LLC in Moscow. It is also known that in December 2024, Veselovsky Nikolai Vadimovich became the liquidator of Van Trade LLC, which was engaged in wholesale trade in food products, beverages, and tobacco products.
