Cigarette prices in Belarus will rise from January 1. The Ministry for Taxes and Duties has published retail prices for cigarettes, which were previously declared by manufacturers. A new producer of tobacco products has also appeared in the ministry’s document.
The company in question is Eterna Prime LLC. Its assortment includes Kent, Rothmans, Pall Mall, Lucky Strike, and Dunhill. According to registry data, Eterna Prime LLC was registered on March 12, 2025, in Hrodna at 12A Lelevyelya Street. The building is located in close proximity, literally across the road, from the Neman Tobacco Factory.
The Ministry for Taxes and Duties document now lists six manufacturers: Neman Grodno Tobacco Factory OJSC, Tabak-Invest LLC, ALIDI-West IEOOO, Sentoni Pro LLC, Inter Tobacco LLC, and Eterna Prime LLC.
Neman Grodno Tobacco Factory OJSC is raising prices for Minsk cigarettes by 35, 45, or 50 kopecks, depending on the product. Premier cigarettes are becoming more expensive by 10 to 55 kopecks, while two Fest varieties will cost 35 kopecks more. Credo cigarettes are rising in price by 35 to 60 kopecks, Maldiva by 30 kopecks, NZ by 25 to 50 kopecks, Queen by 45 kopecks, Matrix BLUE by 35 kopecks, and Portal by 15 to 45 kopecks.
Tabak-Invest LLC is increasing prices for a number of Korona cigarette varieties by 30 to 35 kopecks. MAC cigarettes will rise in price by 1 ruble, while Kalipso will increase by 1.3 rubles.
Belarustorg is raising prices for imported CHAPMAN cigarettes by 40 kopecks and for ESSE by 30 kopecks.
