A fire broke out on Thursday in the village of Chkalava in the Homiel District. According to the Emergency Ministry, rescuers were called to the scene at 3:03 p.m.
The fire destroyed four outbuildings and damaged three residential houses and another outbuilding.
The owner of one of the households sustained burns while attempting to extinguish the fire herself. After receiving medical assistance, she refused hospitalisation.
The cause of the fire is being established.
