The Belarusian State Committee for Standardization has banned DNS ELECTRONICS LLC from selling 116 product items for which conformity assessment documents were not provided. The agency has also ordered an unscheduled inspection of the company.
The violations were identified during monitoring conducted by State Standards Committee inspectorates in August and September 2026 at 14 stores of the DNS consumer electronics and home appliance chain.
According to the agency, the stores were selling imported household appliances from several brands without certificates of conformity confirming their energy efficiency. Such documents are mandatory for products sold on the Belarusian market.
In addition, the company failed to provide documents for some refrigerator and washing machine models confirming compliance with mandatory technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union. These cover the safety of low-voltage equipment, electromagnetic compatibility and restrictions on the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products.
The State Standards Committee noted that sellers are required to provide certificates or declarations of conformity confirming the safety and quality of goods upon a customer’s first request.
In total, following regulatory inspections in the first half of 2026, Belarus banned the import and sale of 111 electrical products, including lamps, lighting fixtures and power tools.

DNS ELECTRONICS LLC is a Belarusian legal entity that operates stores of the Russian DNS chain in Belarus. The chain specializes in computers, smartphones, household appliances and other electronics. The company was registered in Minsk on January 3, 2024. The first DNS store in Belarus opened in May 2024.
