The State Authority for Military Industry of Belarus has signed a roadmap for military-technical cooperation for 2026–2030 with the Ministry for National Defense, Veterans and War Victims of Chad. The signing took place on the final day of a working visit by a Belarusian delegation led by the chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry, Dzmitry Pantus, to N’Djamena.
“The document is the next step in implementing the agreements reached during the visit. The roadmap turns strategic intentions into concrete projects in the field of military-technical cooperation,” the press release said.
“The signing became a symbolic conclusion of the visit, which from the very first day was aimed at an in-depth elaboration of details and the search for mutually beneficial solutions. Now relations between our countries have not only a documentary basis, but also a clear mechanism for its implementation,” the State Authority for Military Industry said.
