Belarus’ Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade issued a warning to AmantisMed LLC over improper advertising of a лекарственный препарат.
An advertisement for Vitavirin claimed that it was suitable for the treatment and prevention of any type of influenza and any acute respiratory viral infections. However, the drug’s instructions stated that it is intended for the treatment and prevention of only two types of influenza and three acute respiratory viral infections, the ministry’s press service reported.
AmantisMed was instructed to correct the advertisement.
