Aliaksei Hrakhouski to Handle Youth Issues in the United Transitional Cabinet

Aliaksei Hrakhouski will be responsible for youth-related issues in the United Transitional Cabinet. As reported by the Cabinet’s press service, he will become deputy to the Cabinet’s representative for youth policy and students, Marharyta Vorykhava. Hrakhouski will oversee the youth issues portfolio.

“The first priority task is mobility. Young people are on the move. They establish contacts. They build networks. No more barriers.

The second priority task is education. Real education for a normal future. Real opportunities.

The third priority task is work. Real business. Real careers. Young Belarusians must have the opportunity to build the life they truly deserve,” Vorykhava commented on the tasks of the new deputy.

Aliaksei Hrakhouski was born in Minsk. He graduated from the Yakub Kolas Belarusian Humanities Lyceum and completed a bachelor’s degree at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is currently studying there at the master’s level. In 2023, he became a co-founder of the LICHTAR organization.
