Zelenskyy Announces Strikes on Two Facilities in Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said two facilities in Russia had been struck.

According to him, the Ufa oil refinery, located about 1,300 km (808 miles) from the front line, was targeted by what he described as “long-range sanctions.”

A defence industry facility in Russia’s Penza region that manufactures components for missile systems was also attacked. It is located about 600 km (373 miles) from the line of contact.

Zelenskyy stressed that Russia has every opportunity to end the war and should do so.
