The prosecutor’s office of Russia’s Belgorod Region has published photos of a crash involving a heavy dump truck and a UAZ vehicle at the Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Plant. Judging by the images, the passenger vehicle was completely destroyed.
Authorities report that there were fatalities as a result of the incident.
The press service of the Lebedinsky plant уточняет that the accident occurred on March 16. A heavy dump truck belonging to a contractor was transporting rock mass and ran over a UAZ vehicle. A repair team from another contractor was inside the vehicle. Five people were killed.
Based on the photos, the vehicle was run over by a BelAZ dump truck (presumably from the 7540/7555 series).
