Two Belarusian women aged 45 and 47 smoked on an aircraft, shouted and refused to cooperate with the crew. The incident occurred last Monday aboard a flight from Warsaw to Crete, local outlet Cretalive.gr reported, citing Chania Airport police.

After the aircraft landed at Chania Airport, both women were detained. However, one of them began kicking a police officer who was placing her in handcuffs, causing the officer to suffer a fracture.

The police officer required hospitalisation and was taken to hospital for treatment.

The Greek publication provided no further details regarding the fate of the Belarusian women.
