Russia’s agricultural watchdog Rosselkhoznadzor has temporarily restricted imports of products from three Belarusian enterprises: Vaŭkavysk-based OJSC “Bellakt,” AFPC “Zhlobin Meat Processing Plant,” and LLC “Ekomore.” The ban has been in effect since May 2.
The Russian regulator reported finding coliform bacteria in curd products from Bellakt and in beef from the Zhlobin meat processing plant. In fish products from Ekomore, it said it detected excessive levels of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms.
