Rescuers in Orsha assisted a teenager on Sunday after he became stranded on a bridge over the Dnipro River on Mahiliou Street.
The teenager was unable to get down from a concrete support structure on his own.
Rescuers used a rescue rope and a hook ladder to help him reach safety. He did not require medical assistance.
