Recycling Fee Rates to Change from April 29

Recycling fee rates will change from April 29, the State Customs Committee said.

A resolution on the changes to the recycling fee rates was signed last week.

As reported by the government’s press service, for individuals the recycling fee on vehicles up to three years old, regardless of engine type and capacity, has increased from 544.5 to 624.92 roubles, while for vehicles older than three years it has risen from 1,089 to 1,282.02 roubles.

The rates of the recycling fee for vehicle chassis are set depending on their category and technically permissible maximum mass.

It should be noted that the resolution of the Council of Ministers dated April 23 No. 195 “On Recycling” has not yet been published.
