Since May 2026, Polish visa centers have launched a mobile application for booking document submission appointments, VFS Global reported. The application is available for download from the App Store and Google Play for iOS and Android devices and is offered in three language versions.
The booking process through the application fully corresponds to the one available on the official VFS website. In addition, the application allows users to enter passport data by scanning a passport photograph or reading data from the chip of a biometric passport via NFC on compatible devices.
