A waste paper warehouse caught fire this morning on Leningradskaya Street in Vitebsk.
According to the Ministry for Emergency Situations, rescuers arriving at the scene found smoke coming from under the roof of the brick building. The fire was extinguished with seven MES units involved.
Rescuers found a deceased person at the scene.
The causes and circumstances of the incident are being established.
