A fire broke out at an oil depot in the village of Poltavskaya in Russia’s Krasnoarmeysky district of Krasnodar region after debris from a UAV fell on the facility. The information was provided by the district head, Alexander Kharlitonov.

Traffic on a local road was suspended because of the fire.

This is the second fire at the oil depot in recent days. The facility previously caught fire following a drone attack on June 16.

Russia’s Ministry of Defence said earlier on Thursday that it had intercepted and destroyed 269 Ukrainian drones.
