Lukashenka’s Granddaughter Marries a Russian Citizen — Bureau

Anastasia Lukashenka, the daughter of Dzmitry Lukashenka and Hanna Lukashenka (Sialuk), has likely married a Russian citizen, Dmitry Eliseev, with whom she studied at the same university, Bureau has found.

In 2021, Anastasia enrolled at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, at the Department of Constitutional and Municipal Law. She received her bachelor’s degree in the summer of 2025 and went on to pursue a master’s degree at the law faculty.

In addition to her studies, Anastasia took part in the university’s public life. Since 2023, she had been a member of the council of the Faculty of Law’s Voluntary Student Squad, an association of student activists that organises various events for students. Within the council, Anastasia spent three years as head of the department for work with foreign students and delegations. Details of her life became known precisely through the student squad’s social media pages.

Dmitry Eliseev was born in the Russian city of Orsk and in 2021 enrolled at the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, at the Department of Entrepreneurial Law.

In April 2024, a delegation of the Voluntary Student Squad travelled to Minsk. In photos taken at the Palace of Independence, Anastasia and Dmitry are holding hands, and during a tour of the Kommunarka factory they are seen hugging.

With the help of the Cyber Partisans, Bureau found that Eliseev travelled to Belarus several more times. In July 2024, he spent at least a week in Belarus and attended a concert by Viktoryia Aleshka at the Slavianski Bazaar together with Anastasia. In January 2025, the couple attended a concert at a mine in Salihorsk. Dmitry visited Belarus once again in July 2025, and a month earlier, in June, Anastasia and Dmitry travelled to his hometown of Orsk.

Photos and videos on the student squad’s social media pages show that in February 2025 Anastasia was wearing an engagement ring on the ring finger of her right hand. She was photographed with the same ring in April 2025 at a meeting of the squad’s council.

In September 2025, elections were held for the council of the Voluntary Student Squad. Anastasia was re-elected as head of the department for work with foreign students and delegations. However, in the squad’s public pages she already appears as Anastasia Eliseeva.

She also changed the name on her VKontakte page to “Anastasia Eliseeva”.

Bureau found that Dmitry Eliseev owns a one-room apartment in Moscow with an area of 23 square metres in the Bolshaya Ochakovskaya 2 residential complex, a 20-minute journey from the main building of Moscow State University. The apartment is registered in the name of his mother, Irina Eliseeva, who lives in Orsk and works as a deputy dean for educational work at the Orsk Humanitarian and Technological Institute, and also provides private tutoring services as an individual entrepreneur. Dmitry is registered with the Russian tax authorities as self-employed.
