A 59-year-old employee of the Babichy Forestry Unit of the Chechersk Special Forestry Enterprise was killed in the Cherykau district.
On June 22, the man was felling a tree. As it fell, it struck a dead standing tree, causing its top section to break off and fall onto him. The man died at the scene, the Investigative Committee reported.
