Finance Ministry Bonds Worth $26m Purchased on First Day of Additional Placement on BCSE

The additional placement of government bonds of the 357th issue, denominated in US dollars, began today on the Belarusian Currency and Stock Exchange.

According to the exchange, bonds worth 26.185 million US dollars were purchased on the first day of the additional placement. A total of 3,769 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 dollars each remain on sale.

The primary auction for the placement of bonds of the 357th issue took place last week. As a result, the issue volume was set at 50 million US dollars, with a yield rate of 2.9 percent per annum. The bonds are due to mature on January 28, 2031.

During the primary placement, bonds worth 20.046 million US dollars were sold.
