Chinese Bloggers to Visit Belarus

The National Tourism Agency will organize a tour for Chinese bloggers. They are said to have audiences of millions. The agency hopes to use the bloggers to showcase Belarus’s tourism potential. The tour will begin on September 7.

According to the agency, the Chinese guests will visit Mir and Nesvizh castles, the Old and New Castles in Hrodna, the Valovich estate in Sviatsk and the Bulgakau Palace in Zhylichy. They will spend a night at Mir Castle. They will also visit Prypiatsky National Park, including a crossing of the Prypiat River, as well as a safari park where animals live in their natural habitat. At Azyory nature reserve, the Chinese visitors will ride a narrow-gauge railway and take a trip along the Augustau Canal.

In Hrodna, the guests will walk through the historic center and see the unique Kalozha Church and Farny Church. In Minsk, they will experience the capital’s contrasts, from the historic Trinity Suburb and Freedom Square to the futuristic building of the National Library of Belarus and the modern Zybitskaya Street. A visit to the BELAZ site near the Minsk International Exhibition Center and shopping at the city’s main shopping malls are also planned. Before departing, the bloggers will visit the famous Stalin Line historical and cultural complex, where they will see the powerful defensive line and military equipment.
