Deputy Foreign Minister Ihar Sakreta met with Rania Mashlab, head of the Regional Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Russia and Belarus.
Following the meeting, the parties signed a Joint Action Plan for 2026 between state and other organizations of the Republic of Belarus and the ICRC.
They also reviewed the implementation of a similar plan for 2025 and discussed priorities for further cooperation under the newly signed 2026 plan.
