The foreign ministries of Belarus and Mongolia held the sixth round of political consultations. The delegations were headed by Deputy Ministers Siarhei Lukashevich and Gombosuren Amartuvshin.
According to the Foreign Ministry, the sides welcomed the intensification of bilateral contacts and expressed their readiness to work toward fully realizing the potential of ties between the two countries.
“The sides agreed on plans for bilateral events at the highest and high levels, as well as further steps to improve the legal framework for cooperation,” the Foreign Ministry added.
Belarusian and Mongolian diplomats also noted the similarity of their positions on international agenda issues and confirmed their readiness to continue effective cooperation within international organizations.
