Viktar Babaryka published a post on Facebook apologizing to Ivan Krautsou.
Earlier, in an interview with Tok with Nasta Rouda, he said that he had not seen Ivan Krautsou until his release. In the post, Babaryka noted that his answer could have created “a somewhat distorted impression” about Krautsou’s role in the work of the politician’s campaign team.
“In my TOK with Nasta Rouda, my answer about Ivan’s role in the activities of our team and in my personal life may have created a somewhat distorted impression. When answering about the presence of a ‘gray cardinal’ in shaping my position, I simply wanted to emphasize my personal responsibility for everything I have done and continue to do.
Therefore, I apologize to Ivan and to all members of our team if I was misunderstood or not precise enough in my answer. I have enormous respect and gratitude for everyone whom fate brought into my life and who helped with everything that has been accomplished. We are united, and therefore invincible :)))” Babaryka wrote.
