Anarchist Dranets Given Additional Year In Colony

Nikita Dranets, a defendant in the “Revolutionary Action” case, has been given an additional year in a penal colony under an article on malicious disobedience to the administration. He had been due for release in early March this year, reports “ACHK-Belarus”.

Dranets was detained in 2021 and in 2022 was sentenced to six years in a high-security penal colony in the “Revolutionary Action” case against anarchists. He was found guilty under articles covering participation in actions that grossly violate public order and participation in a criminal organization.
