A total of 54 people, including 36 children, were evacuated from a kindergarten in Hrodna following a fire incident.
The fire occurred at the kindergarten on Dziarzhynskaha Street on June 22. Emergency responders who arrived at the scene determined that the fire alarm had been triggered by a short circuit in an electric stove, the Emergency Situations Ministry reported.
The fire was extinguished by kindergarten staff using fire extinguishers. No injuries were reported.
