Dzmitry Dziamidau, Chairman of the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, has boasted on his Telegram channel about signing a “friendship and partnership” agreement with the collaborationist People’s Council of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR). The agreement was signed during the 13th Belarus-Russia Regions Forum, held in Minsk on June 25–26.
“Strengthening ties between our regions is one of the most important areas for developing fundamental and mutually beneficial cooperation,” the Vitebsk official wrote in the caption to the photos.
Earlier, the Community of Belarusian Railway Workers reported that Belarus had significantly increased rail exports to the occupied territories of Ukraine in January–April 2026.
