Udovikau Appointed Deputy Prosecutor General After Dismissal From Previous Post

Siarhei Udovikau has been appointed Deputy Prosecutor General. The day before, he was relieved of his post as head of the Minsk Region Department of the Investigative Committee. The corresponding decree was signed by Aliaksandr Lukashenka.

Udovikau was dismissed from service by mutual agreement, with the right to retain the prescribed uniform and insignia.

Today, Prosecutor General Dzmitry Hora introduced Udovikau to the staff. It is worth noting that Hora himself headed the Investigative Committee until last year.
