World War II-Era Shells Found in Svislach

Local residents found World War II-era shells in the Hrodna district.

The explosive ordnance was found in Svislach. Divers from the EOD Center and the 557th Engineer Brigade arrived at the site. The specialists surveyed a section of the river, recovered and destroyed the shells, the Defense Ministry reported.
